titleOfInvention | Efficient debt payback system and method |
abstract | The present invention provides an efficient debt payback system and method, which is implemented in the field of banking and electronic commerce. The purpose of the invention is to make use of Internet technology to establish a direct banking fund transaction platform, so that the debtor can flexibly, cheaply and efficiently collect fund to pay a debt, particularly a credit card debt and fiduciary loan debt. The present invention takes the efficient debt payback system as the major body for the overall platform operation. When those who have the requirement of payback fund submit requests to the platform, the platform will give enhanced credit to the debtor based on analysis of payback requirement and credit condition, and then guide the debtor into a cash flow transaction module for proceeding fund transaction, so as to obtain fund to first pay off the existed debt. The debtor is provided with the effect of amortization by periodically paying member fee to the platform. Under the operation of the platform, the high efficiency of this efficient debt payback platform will increase the desire of paying debt and decrease the burden of interest rate for the debtor, and further enable the banking organization to speed up the processing of overdue loan and bad debt. |
