titleOfInvention | Recycling and processing method for electroplating waste liquid |
abstract | The present invention is related to a recycling and processing method for electroplating waste liquid, which includes: (a) preparing a first processing tank, decreasing the value of chemical oxygen demand and adjusting the pH value in the first processing tank; (b) preparing a second processing tank, accelerating liquid/solid separation of the waste liquid adjusted by the method (a) through a mixed flow apparatus, introducing the clear liquid filtered from the waste liquid by a filter into the second processing tank; (c) preparing a third processing tank, introducing the waste liquid containing high metal concentration of the method (b) into the third processing tank, recycling the metals by drum electrolysis, and flowing the waste liquid with low metal concentration back into the first processing tank, repeating the processes of the method (a) and (b); and (d) introducing the clear liquid from the second processing tank of the method (b) into a ultra-filter membrane (UF) module and a reverse osmosis membrane (RO), recycling or flowing back for re-use in the electroplating process. |
