abstract |
The present invention provides a laminated substrate with metal layers. The laminated substrate comprises micro metallic particle layers laminated in a random mesh net shape on at least one side of the substrate, resin layers laminated by connecting to metal layers at an aperture of the random mesh net shape, and plated metallic layers laminated by connecting to resin layers on micro metallic particle layers, wherein resin forming resin layers is resin with anionic ionic group. The present invention provides the electromagnetic waves shielding substrate for plasma display and the conductive substrate which homogenizes high level penetrability and electric conductivity in abroad area without causing Moire phenomena. Further, the conductive substrate has well property of electromagnetic waves shielding and adhesiveness of each. |
