abstract The present invention relates to a dry film, a method of manufacturing the dry film, and a method of manufacturing a color filter. The dry film comprises at least one conductive layer, a base film and a cover film. The method of manufacturing the dry film includes the steps of forming the conductive layer over the base film, and then forming the cover film over the conductive layer. The method of manufacturing color filter comprises the steps of removing the cover film, and then transferring the base film and the conductive layer onto a pixel matrix plate of the semi-finished color filter. Thus, a completed color filter can be made of the dry film.
