abstract | The object of this invention is to provide an X ray inspecting device which efficiently employs a target face. The X ray inspecting device 100 as a solution to the art alters the position of each X ray sensor 23 through rotating a sensor base 22, and sets again an emission starting position of X ray as the focal position of X ray in a manner that X ray may irradiate on each X ray sensor 23 after the position thereof is altered. With scan type X ray source, it is easy for the position where the electronic beam hits the target of the X ray source to be altered into another position through the deflection of the electronic beam. Thus, it is easy to shift the emission position of the electronic beam according to the lapsed time during which the target is irradiated. With this, it is possible to proceed the maintenance of the target without interrupting the X ray detection. |
