abstract | A method for rapid production of fruit wine includes the following steps: adding a proper amount of water and a proper amount of plant materials, boiling for a predetermined period to obtain a fruit cooking juice; next, formulating a sucrose solution having a predetermined concentration as a first preparative material; adding the first preparative material into the fruit cooking juice after the fruit cooking juice being boiled and still hot to obtain a first adjustment solution; taking a predetermined amount of rice and a proper amount of sugar solution for steaming and cooking, thereby becoming steamed rices, cooling the steamed rice down and performing fermentation through a predetermined period to obtain a second preparative material; adding the second preparative material into the cooled first adjustment solution to perform fermentation so as to prepare an original juice of fruit wine; after standing, taking upper juice for filtration to produce the fruit wine. Accordingly, the present invention can achieve the goal of rapidly and effectively producing the fruit wine by using the first and the second preparative material. |
