abstract |
Disclosed is a GLP-1 peptide having a sugar chain attached thereto, which has a longer blood half-life compared with GLP-1 and preferably also has a high blood glucose level lowering activity. Specifically disclosed is a GLP-1 peptide having a sugar chain attached thereto and having a GLP-1 activity, which is produced by substituting at least one amino acid residue in any one of the following components (a) to (c) by an amino acid residue having a sugar chain attached thereto: (a) GLP-1; (b) a peptide having the deletion, substitution or addition of one or several amino acid residues in GLP-1; and (c) an analogue of GLP-1. |
