abstract | Present invention provides an II-VI group component fluorescent substance containing iridium and a manufacturing method thereof. The fluorescent substance containing iridium does not have problem of energy efficiency, color purity and economic problem, and it is capable of illuminating with good efficiency. The fluorescent substance is composed of II-IV group component semiconductor containing iridium, wherein iridium is dispersed from the surface of the fluorescent substance to the inner part thereof. A manufacturing method of the said fluorescent substance containing iridium is also provided. The manufacturing method comprises a process of burning II-VI group component and inorganic composition containing iridium, wherein an iridium complex salt is used as the iridium component. |
