abstract The present invention is an enone compound of the Antrodia camphorata to decrease the physical fatigue, which is especially a (4-hydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy-6-methy-5[3,7,11-trimethyl-dodeca-2,6,10-trienyl]-cyclohex-2-enone) separated from the extract of the Antrodia camphorate, and can efficiently decrease the physical fatigue. In the present invention, after high strength exhausting exercise in 80% oxygen content in maximum, taking the said chemical compound can advance the metabolism of the creatine kinase and the blood ammonia in the body, and helps to restore the concentration to achieve the effect of decreasing the physical fatigue.
