abstract This invention discloses phosphor complexes and organic electroluminescent elements thereof. The phosphor complexes are a series of metal complex molecules of two nitrogen-containing pyrimidine ring (2-phenyl-1,3-pyrimidine), and may be taken as novel phosphor materials. The fabrication process of the phosphor complexes of the present invention is simple, and has high quantum emission efficiency, stable thermal property and electrochemical property. The elements of the present invention also have excellent performance, providing various choices for organic light-emitting elements in the future.
