abstract A rotor magnet inclined-groove device mainly comprises a plurality of silicon steel sheet units. The silicon steel sheet unit is a wafer-shaped object, and has the equally spaced ribs on its outer edge. The center of the silicon steel sheet unit has a round hole with equally-spaced socket; and an axle center, wherein the outer edge of the axle center has a rectangular-shaped groove, wherein the silicon steel sheet units are arranged into a proposed order of assembly. Then, a lock-pin is placed in the rectangular-shaped groove of the axle center, the axle center passes through the round hole of the silicon steel sheet units, the silicon steel sheet units lock to the lock-pin with different positions of the grooves, and thus the silicon steel sheets can be arranged with different angles. The modular design of this invention allows the inclined-groove device installs magnets quickly and accurately, and provides a smooth operation. Moreover, an inclined-groove can be made without smelting tools during assembly process.
