titleOfInvention The solid state lighting device structed by the coaxial line light emitting diodes
abstract The present invention comprising a coaxial line light emitting diode structure and the high efficiency white-emitting luminescence which is combined by the coaxial line light emitting diodes (CLLED). Avoiding the light to be blocked upon the top as prior technological electronic contact, the axial electronic contact is not only supply the power, but also building uniform built-in electric field to distributed current in active layer to light efficiently. All of three coaxial line layers (COAXIAL RGB LEDS) are radial overlapping in the same axial contact, it may directly display a circling complex White light than the prior. Because of increasing the Wall-Plug Efficiency (Luminous Efficacy) and Luminous Intensity to save the energy, the coaxial line shape structure may get higher yield in manufacture with VLSD process to save the waste cutting in wafer process and may get both more larger and longer lighting area to displace the fluorescent lamp.
