A transparent touch panel device includes a horizontal substrate and a capacitive touch-control unit. The capacitive touch-control unit includes plural first electrode sheets with arrays formed on the top surface of the substrate, plural second electrode sheets with arrays formed on the top surface of the substrate and separately interlacedly among the first electrode sheets, plural first conductive lines longitudinally extended and respectively electrically connected to the adjacent first electrode sheets, plural second conductive lines transversely extended and electrically connected to the adjacent second electrode sheets and disposed across the first conductive lines , and a plurality of insulator sheets respectively disposed at an intersection of the first and the second conductive lines and still stacked between the first and the second conductive lines. By stacking and connecting the insulator sheets at an intersection of the first and the second conductive lines, the capacitive touch-control components can be completely formed on the top surface of the substrate, so as to significantly simplify the structure of the capacitive touch-control components and still to eliminate the interference caused by bonding wires on both surfaces for thereby improving the yield. |
