titleOfInvention Recycling method and apparatus for etching wastewater
abstract The invention mainly utilizes a membrane electrode position method for processing ferric chloride etching wastewater that contains copper ions. The invention includes putting the ferric chloride etching wastewater in a cathode chamber, the copper ions deposited on the cathode after the ferric chloride being totally converted into ferrous chloride. The invention further includes removing the copper dusts deposited on the cathode by using mechanical forces, and filtering the removed copper dusts by a filter along with the ferrous chloride solution. After the copper dusts are totally removed from the cathode, introduce the filtered ferrous chloride solution into an anode chamber, the ferrous ions of the ferrous chloride being converted into ferric chloride in the anode chamber and can be recycled to be used as an etching solution.
