abstract |
A black resin composition useful in forming black matrices of high OD values, high adherence and high resistance is disclosed. The black resin composition comprises at least shading materials, resins and solvents. It contains at least titanium nitride particulates as a shading material. When CuKα radiation is used as the X-ray source the peak scattering angle of the said titanium nitride particulates due to plane (200) is 42.5 DEG or above and 42.8 DEG or below. Use of this black resin composition facilitates manufacture of thin film black matrices with high shading power and high resistance values. |
