This invention discloses a cosmetic or medical patch structure, which contains at least one substrate, one outer layer, and one medicated solution, wherein the outer layer is made of dissolvable material and formed on the outer layer. There is at least one micro needle-shaped array formed on the surface of the outer layer. The medicated solution is then applied between the substrate and the outer layer and/or is added and mixed in the substrate. When the cosmetic or medical patch is attached on skin, the micro needle-shaped array will pierce the stratum corneum and will be decomposed naturally by the skin or metabolized by user's body so as to enable the medicated solution to permeate into epidermis or dermis and to be absorbed by the skin. |
