The present invention relates to a nutritional composition, comprising at least five kinds of process fruit/vegetable: green process fruit/vegetable, yellow/oragne process fruit/vegetable, white process fruit/vegetable, red process fruit/vegetable, and blue/purple process fruit/vegetable. Moreover, the composition may further comprise at least one kind of artificially-added phytochemical, which is selected from the group consisting of flavonoids, carotenoids, phenolic acids, organosulfur compounds, other phytochemicals, and mixtures thereof. |
