titleOfInvention Fermentation composition comprising the fermentation product of soybean hypocotyl for postponing low-density lipoprotein oxidation and macrophage foam cell formation, decreasing nitrogen monoxide formation and preventing or treating cardiovascular diseas
abstract The present invention relates to a fermentation composition prepared from fermenting a subtract comprising soybean hypocotyl by at least one microorganism. The fermentation composition effectively postpones low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation, inhibits macrophage foam cell formation, and decreases nitrogen monoxide formation, and is useful in the prevention or treatment of cardiovascular diseases related to atherosclerosis.
