titleOfInvention Surface treatment method of AL material
abstract We provide a method of processing a surface of Al material. The method has an advantage in that the amount of released gas is easily reduced from Al material, on which a porous anodization film is formed by porous anodization process in the surface. The surface treatment method of the present invention is the surface treatment method including Al or Al alloy, on which a porous anodization film is formed by porous anodization process in the surface. We coated a solution, in which a carbon fluoride compound is dispersed, to the surface of the porous anodization film. After that, by heating the resultant in oxidizing atmosphere, the fluoride was formed.
