abstract Provided is a fuel filter device that can indeed realize oil-water separation under various temperature conditions. To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a fuel filter device that comprises a bag-shaped filter body mounted to a fuel suction unit of a fuel tank so as to have an internal space of the filter body communicating with the fuel suction unit. The filter body is formed in a multi-layer structure. At least one of the layers of the filter body is formed as a blocking layer (10a) having such a structure that water in the fuel tank is prevented from coming up to the inside of the filter body by a pressure acting on the filter body when the water in the fuel tank is frozen.
