titleOfInvention Thermoelectric conversion material and thermoelectric conversion element
abstract Provided is a thermoelectric conversion material showing stable thermoelectric conversion properties, such as output factor, in practical environment of high temperature air. The thermoelectric conversion material contains a composite metal oxide containing M1, M2A and M2B as metal elements, wherein the mole ratio of M1:M2A:M2B is 2:1:1, and the crystallization structure belongs to Perovskite type, wherein M1 is at least one M1A selected from a group consisted of La, Y and lanthanoids, or a combination of M1A and at least one M1B selected from alkaline earth elements; M2A is at least one se1ected from a group consisted of metal elements possible to have a valence of 2; M2B is at least one selected from a group consisted of metal elements possible to have a valence of 4; M1, M2A and M2B are different from one another; and M2A and M2B may contain doping elements.
