abstract | A pixel repair method is for a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate which has a substrate, a data line and a pixel. An insulating layer, at least one pixel electrode and at least one reflecting layer are disposed in the pixel. The data line is disposed on the substrate, and the insulating layer is disposed on the data line. The pixel electrode is disposed on the insulating layer, and the reflecting layer is disposed on the pixel electrode. The pixel repair method includes the steps of providing an energy beam; and welding the reflecting layer of the pixel with the data line by the energy beam. |
