titleOfInvention Solid-state urea biosensor
abstract A kind of solid-state urea biosensor consists of a substrate, an electrical conduction layer, a pH sensing film, an ammonium ion-selective film and an enzyme film. The electrical conduction film covers the substrate. The pH sensing film has a pH value measuring area and a part of it covers the electrical conduction film. The film is used to measure the pH value of a solution. The ammonium ion-selective film has an ammonium ion measuring area that is used to measure the ammonium ion concentration of the said solution. The film partially covers the pH sensing film with exposing the pH value measuring area. The enzyme film is used to measure the urea concentration of the said solution, where the film partially covers the ammonium ion-selective film with exposing the ammonium ion measuring area.
