Disclosed is a flame-retardant resin composition having high productivity, high flame retardancy and high flexibility, wherein a flame retardant in the composition hardly bleeds out therefrom and a component hardly migrates to an ABS resin. Specifically disclosed is a resin composition containing, relative to the total of components (A), (B), (C) and (D), a component (A), namely a polyphenylene ether in an amount (A) of not less than 10 wt% but less than 45 wt%, a component (B), namely a hydrogenated copolymer mainly composed of a vinyl aromatic monomer unit and a conjugated diene monomer unit in an amount () of not less than 20 wt%, a component c, namely a styrene resin and/or an olefin resin in an amount c of not less than 0 wt%, and a component (D), namely a metal phosphinate in an amount (D) of not less than 2 wt%. |
