abstract | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of dialkyl carbonate. The dialkyl carbonate is produced by using alcohol compound, carbon monoxide and oxygen to proceed liquid-phase oxidative carbonylation in the presence of a catalytic system comprising the catalyst of organic metal halide and at least one of nitrogen-containing promoter. Owing to using catalyst of organic metal halide and the nitrogen-containing promoter, this method has the characteristics of increasing turn over rate and reaction selectivity, enhancing overall reaction rate, decreasing the using amount of catalysts, and reducing the corrosion of reactor. |
