titleOfInvention | Metal paste constituent of capacitor |
abstract | The invention is a metal paste constituent for making a capacitor. It is used as an end electrode of a capacitor. The metal paste constituent of the capacitor comprises a metal powder, an organic adhesive, a glass powder, and a metal oxide such as bismuth oxide (Bi2O3), nickel oxide (NiO), zinc oxide (ZnO), boron oxide (B2O3), cuprous oxide (Cu2O), tin oxide (SnO2), manganese oxide (Mn2O3), manganese dioxide (MnO2), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), silica (SiO2), zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), and cupric oxide (CuO). The metal paste constituent of the capacitor is applied on the two sides of the medium and formed in a thickness. By suitable manufacturing process, it makes the capacitor which can reduce the cost, improve the electric characteristics, and meet the environment protection requirements. |
