titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing an edible pearl emulsion |
abstract | A method for manufacturing an edible pearl emulsion is disclosed. Pearl granules are disposed into a container. The container contains a green bean deodorization and detoxification layer, and milk is added for distillation. After distillation, the pearl granules are placed in a water grinder containing milk and ground into pearl emulsion. Applying a centrifugal dehydration and filtration device to filter out most of the light dross insoluble in the emulsion, and separating the water-soluble pearl emulsion from a pipe, and then guiding into the processing unit to repeatedly carry out the consecutive stirring sedimentation processing, thus to completely remove the dross on the emulsion surface and the heavy-metal dregs in the bottom of the emulsion to obtain the purified pearl emulsion. Applying a spectrum activation machine to irradiate the pearl emulsion for carrying out an activation process. Repeatedly putting the activated pearl emulsion into an emulsifying machine and adding the emulsifier to complete the stable emulsifying process of the pearl emulsion. It can produce a rich and delicious pearl emulsion which is good with its original flavor as well as a mixture with food or non-food products. |
