abstract | The invention provides a MIBG freeze crystal set and the manufacturing methods of the MIBG freeze crystal and the radioiodine marker. MIBG freeze crystal set includes a first container for MIBG freeze crystal and a second container for sodium acetate buffer solution. The manufacturing method of freeze crystal set includes the following steps of mixing and dissolving (MIBG)2 sulfuric acid and ammonium sulphate in a first non-pyrogen injection water; filling in the filtered solution in a first container; freezing and drying the first container with MIBG freeze crystal therein; adding sodium acetate tri-hydrate and acetic acid into a second injection water, and filing in the other filtered solution in a second container. The manufacturing method of the radioiodine marker includes adding radioiodine ion into MIBG freeze crystal for reaction and adding sodium acetate buffer solution. The invention is easy in preparation and can be used right after preparation, and thus the activity of the radioiodine marker is not decayed before use. |
