abstract | The present invention relates to the improvement for molding method of composite ceramic, which includes the following steps: (a) the first stage of molding: mixing the powder that can form plastic phase at the crystal edge with ceramic powder to produce green body with special shape; (b) forming the plastic phase at the crystal edge; c the secondary stage of molding: molding the green body to have the size and shape we need by plastic processing at high temperature; (d) heating the plastic phase to be the second ceramic phase. The composite ceramic in this method is produced by forming plastic phase at the crystal edge after the secondary stage of molding, and then converting it to plastic phase by heating. |
