abstract | Manufacture method of increase surface smoothness and luster of a treated magnesium alloy is disclosed. The method include firstly conduct a pre-treatment process on the surface of a magnesium alloy workpiece. And a chemically nickel plating step of high adhesion property nickel plate is implemented on magnesium alloy. The chemical nickel plating surface is then electroplated with a soft metal. The soft metal surface is t polished. The polished surface is electroplated with a luster hard metal so that t the effect of highly smoothness and luster of the magnesium alloy workpiece is affordable. |
