titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing artificial clay nano-composite
abstract This invention discloses a method of manufacture artificial clay nano-composite. It features passing liquid silicate solution through ion exchange method to generate active silicate or polysilicate concentrated liquid of high purity and stable as the material source of SiO2 composition. Through prepare NaOH and H2O for row material solution and hydrothermal it in an autoclave with magadiite grout under high temperature and pressure. The magadiite is then grained into power with a ball milling to generate separated laminates of magadiite grout. This method uses residues after filtering and washing process and does not require drying it and directly disperse it in water or organic solution in the ball mill for the grinding and dispersing circulation processes. According to application requirements, a 100% separated slice product from water or organic solution is applicable. Granule diameter of the finished products can be further grained to meet application requirement. The powder can also be dried, grinded and modified for using as power application. The produced artificial sheet clay of high purity and whiteness is suitable to be used as composite mixing for organic material applications and develop materials of high mechanical strength, high water-repellant, air-block, flame-retardant and high absorbent and applications same as to the applications of conventional alike nature clay.
