abstract This invention provides a laminate for wiring substrate which has practical circuit workability electrical reliability or secondary workability such as parts mounting or ACF connection, sufficient electric capacity of circuit, and being capable of preventing disconnection of a conductor circuit while repeating bending, and suitable for a wiring substrate used in warping part of a folding type or a sliding type cellular phone. In the present invention, a metal foil layer of which the tensile elasticity in 25 degree C is below 40 GPa and the width is 7~15 μm is provided in one side or two sides of a polyimide insulation layer of which the tensile elasticity in 25 degree C is below 5 GPa and the width is 10~15 μm.
