abstract A separation device of radioactive isotope Tl-201 is disclosed, which is at least formed by: a dissolving container; a vacuum container connected to the first control valve, the second control valve, and the third control valve; a first glass container connected to the fourth control valve; a common caisson connected to the three-dimensional control valve; the second glass container connected to the fifth control valve; the ion-exchange tube connected to the sixth control valve, Pb-201 collection bottle; and the third glass container connected to the seventh control valve. The device can extract the Pb-201 liquid. By proceeding decaying and ion-exchanging onto the Pb-201 liquid, the radioactive isotope Tl-201 can be obtained.
