titleOfInvention | Welding flux for stainless steels |
abstract | A welding flux for stainless steels consisting of 25-40 wt% TiO2, 25-30 wt% Cr2O3, 10-30 wt% SiO2, 10-15 wt% MoS2 and 5-15 wt% MoO3 is used in increasing welds penetration and welding efficiency for stainless steels arc welding with or without filler metals. Furthermore, an inside-outside filler metal consists of a metal sheath surrounding the fluxes and alloying compounds, or the fluxes and alloying compounds coated a metal sheath. The filler metal in rod or wire form used in increasing welding convenience and flux dispersing more uniformly. |
