abstract A kind of organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate, an anode disposed on the substrate, a polymer layer disposed on the anode, a light-emitting section disposed on the polymer layer and a cathode disposed on the light-emitting section. The polymer layer is prepared from a polymer material having a repeating unit as formula (I): CX1X2-Ar-CX'X2' - formula (I), in which individual substituents in the formula (I) is as recorded in the patent claims. This invention further provides a kind of organic electroluminescent device, comprising a substrate and a plurality of light-emitting units. Each light-emitting unit has an anode disposed on the substrate, an insulation layer circularly disposed around the anode, a polymer layer stacked on the anode and the insulation layer, a light-emitting section, a cathode and a protection layer.
