abstract To provide a stretchable nonwoven fabric having high modulus as compared with conventional stretchable nonwoven fabrics and good hysteresis of stretch. The stretchable nonwoven fabric comprises an elastic fiber layer containing elastic fibers containing a block copolymer composed of 10-50 wt.% of a polymer block A consisting essentially of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block B consisting essentially of a repeating unit represented by formula (1) and other elastic fibers different from the elastic fibers or non-elastic fibers. The block copolymer has 1x10<SP>4</SP>to 8x10<SP>6</SP> Pa storage modulus G' of the dynamic viscoelasticity measured at 20 DEG C and 2 Hz frequency and ≤ 0.2 value of dynamic loss tangent tan[δ] of the dynamic viscoelasticity measured at the same temperature and the same frequency.
