A propylene random block copolymer (A) which has a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 100g/10min and a melting point of 100 to 155 DEG C, characterized by being composed of 90 to 60 wt% of a segment (Dinsol) insoluble in n-decane at room temperature and 10 to 40 wt% of a segment (Dsol) soluble in n-decane at room temperature, with Dinsol satisfying the following requirements (1) to (3) and Dsol satisfying the following requirement (4) to (6); and moldings such as sheet, film, injection moldings, hollow moldings, injection blow moldings, and fibers, which are made by using the copolymer (A) or propylene resin compositions containing the copolymer (A): (1) Dinsol has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.0 to 3.5 as determined by GPC, (2) the content of skeletons resulting from ethylene in Dinsol is 0.5 to 13% by mole, (3) the total content of 2,1- and 1,3-propylene units in Dinsol is 0.2% by mole or below, (4) Dsol has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.0 to 3.5 as determined by GPC, (5) Dsol has a limiting viscosity [η] of 1.5 to 4dl/g as determined in decalin at 135 DEG C, and (6) the content of skeletons resulting from ethylene in Dsol is 15 to 35% by mole. |
