Provided is a process for producing a freeze-dried preparation containing a quinolone synthesized antibacterial compound as an active ingredient, characterized by initially cooling off a solution containing a quinolone synthesized antibacterial compound and a pH adjuster to prepare a freezed mixture, and then elevating the temperature of the mixture, followed by once again cooling off the mixture to obtain the freeze-dried preparation.
