abstract The object of the present invention is to provide a convenient purification method of cytidine diphosphate by the isolating cytidine diphosphate with the nucleic acid analogous substances. The present invention provides a purification method of cytidine diphosphate which is characterized by contacting a cytidine diphosphate solution of pH being 0.5 or more to 5.0 or less containing nucleic acid analogous substances with a H type strong acidic cation exchange resin, eluting the cytidine diphosphate adsorpted by the resin with water or an aquous solution in the ion concentration being 0.1mol/L or less to isolate the cytidine diphosphate.
