abstract | A photosensitive resin composite having excellent alkali developing property and a photospacer having excellent flexibility and elastic recovery property are provided. A alkali developing photosensitive resin composite (Q) for photospacer includes hydrophilic polymer (A), mutli functional (meth)acrylate monomer (B), polysiloxane (C) having more than one hydrolytic alkoxy group, and initiators of photo free radical polymerization (D). Preferably, the photosensitive resin composite includes a (C) which is a condensation compound (C1) obtained by condensating at least one of the silane compound (c1) as shown in formula (1) and the silane compound (c2) as shown in formula (2) as absolutely necessary monomer. R2mSi(R1)(OR3)3-m (1) In the formula (1), R1 is an organic group selected from at least one of (meth)acryloyloxy alkyl group, glycidoxy alkyl group, mercapto alkyl group and amino alkyl group, in which the alkyl group has 1-6 carbons. R2 is an aliphatic saturated alkyl group having 6-12 carbons or an aromatic alkyl group having 6-12 carbons. R3 is an alkyl group having 1-4 carbons, and m is an integer of 0 or 1. R4nSi(OR5)4-n (2) In the formula (2), R4 is an aliphatic saturated alkyl group having 6-12 carbons or an aromatic alkyl group having 6-12 carbons. R5 is an alkyl group having 1-4 carbons, and n is an integer of 0 or 1. |
