abstract The present invention relates to provide a method for producing self-assembled construction which comprises that melt the poly- ε -carprolactone, polyacrylamide and microparticle in the chloroform to produce solution 14; adjust the viscosity of the said solution 14 and further produce substrate 30. Frame 31 is set to make the thickness t1 being 0.5 mm. Solution 14 is cast in the casting region 30a which is surrounded by the frame 31. The surface of solution 14 is uniformed by moving the blade 33 to form casting film 21. Dewing the said supporter 16 to form a lot of drops in the uniformly location of the casting region 21. Vaporizing the drops to form pores by drying thereof. Therefore, a self-assembled construction with a honeycomb having 5 μm of thickness and 5 μm of pore diameter is obtained.
