titleOfInvention Dry simultaneous desulfurization/denitrification apparatus for exhaust gas
abstract To provide a dry simultaneous desulfurization/denitrification apparatus for exhaust gas that can remove any sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides contained in exhaust gas simultaneously with high efficiency and that is compact and inexpensive. There is provided dry simultaneous desulfurization/denitrification apparatus for exhaust gas (30) capable of removing any sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides contained in exhaust gas (EG) by the use of radical chain reaction, characterized by including not only swirling denitrification radical generation means (22) for converting to radicals a material for denitrification while swirling in plasma reactor (11) composed of a pair of electrodes to thereby produce denitrification radicals (RN) but also desulfurization radical generation means (6) for converting a material for desulfurization to radicals to thereby produce desulfurization radicals, which means (6) is disposed at a position under influence from the swirling denitrification radical generation means (22).
