abstract The present invention is to provide a simple, low cost manufacturing method for high molecular weight amino group containing silicones, while in the presence of low amine equivalent such amino group contain silicone reveal a high softness characteristic enabled by silicone fibers. The manufacturing method of the amino group containing polyorganosiloxan is characterized in that reacting α, ω- dihydroxyl, poly(dialkyl)siloxane, as represented by the formula (1) shown below, with amino group containing organosilanes, as represented by the formula (2) shown below, by condensation reaction, then subjecting the addition of alkaline catalyst or alkaline catalyst solution to the condensed reactants, and finally condensation of the reactants by heat treatment. Where in formula (1), R1 represents alkyl or phenyl groups with substituted or non-substituted carbon number 1 to 6, and n represents integral 10 to 1000. And, where in formula (2), R1 is the same as R1 in formula (1), R2 and R4 represent hydrogen atom or monovalent hydrocarbon with carbon number 1 to 4, R3 represents divalent hydrocarbon with carbon number 1 to 3, a represents integral 0 or 1, b represents integral 0 to 2.
