titleOfInvention | Preparation method of silver-based multi-element nano composite powder |
abstract | The present invention relates to a preparation method of silver-based multi-element nano composite powder, which mixes, based on the mass% concentration, the aqueous solutions of 0.01 ~ 5.0% silver nitrate, 0.01 ~ 5.0% zinc nitrate, 0.01 ~ 5.0% ferric nitrate, and 0.01 ~ 5.0% copper nitrate, followed by adding adequate amount of surface additives, adding 0.001 ~ 1.0% aqueous solution of hydrazine hydrate during agitation for 10 ~ 30 minutes to obtain the multi-element nano composite powder solution. Through inactivation, separation, cleaning, and drying, the silver-based multi-element nano silver-zinc-iron-copper composite powder with silver content of 40 ~ 99.6% can be obtained. The characteristics of the present invention lie in that the silver-based multi-element nano composite powder can be prepared with particle size ranged from 10 to 100 nm, and the category and quantity of the composite elements can be tailored according to the need with uniform composition. Moreover, raw material is easily accessible, preparation process is easy, low-cost and easily commercialized. The silver-based multi-element nano composite powder is widely applicable, e. g. in nano-scale antibacterial powder, special conductive material, etc. When the nano composite silver-zinc-iron-copper powder is used as antibacterial material, its efficacy can be enhanced due to the multi-element synergy effect. |
