The photosensitive resin composition contains (A) an alkali-soluble resin component and (B) a photosensitizer, in which (A) the alkali-soluble resin component contains a resin component having a structure unit (a1) expressed by the following general formula (a1): , in the general formula (a1), R0 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R1 represents a single bond or an alkylene group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, "a" represents an integer of 1 to 5, "b" represents 0 or an integer of 1 to 4, and "a+b" is not higher than 5. It should be noted that in the case in which two or more of R2 exist, each of which may differ from each other and may be the same.
