abstract |
Disclosed is a multilayer body for dye-sensitized solar cells which is composed of a plastic film and a transparent conductive layer arranged on the plastic film. The plastic film has a thermal shrinkage from -1.5% to +0.5% in the longitudinal direction when it is heat-treated at 200 DEG C for 10 minutes. The transparent conductive layer is mainly composed of an indium oxide and added with an zinc oxide, and has a surface resistivity of not more than 40 Ω/□. This multilayer body for dye-sensitized solar cells enables to obtain a flexible dye-sensitized solar cell having high photovoltaic power generation efficiency and excellent durability. |
