titleOfInvention Propiverine-containing oral particulate preparation and process for producing the same
abstract An oral preparation with good sensation takes contains generally procurable propiverine hydrochloride as a medicinal ingredient so as to be made, and can avoid any lowering of patients' dosing compliance. The particulate preparation can be produced by obtaining a suspension resulting from mixing of propiverine hydrochloride, a surfactant, a pH adjusting agent and water and having its pH value adjusted so as to fall within the range of 6.5 to 8.0 with the pH adjusting agent, and subsequently granulating the suspension together with common additives for preparation.
