The invention relates to acetic acid derivatives with cyclohexylmethoxy substituents and to the physiologically tolerated salts and physiologically functional derivatives thereof. Compounds of the formula I, , in which the radicals have the stated meanings, and the physiologically tolerated salts thereof and processes for their preparation are described. The compounds are suitable for example for the treatment and/or prevention of disorders of fatty acid metabolism and glucose utilization disorders, and disorders in which insulin resistance is involved. |
