The present relates to pharmaceutical composition, especially a pyridine derivative represented by the general formula (1) which is useful as a curative agent, particularly as a C17-20 lyase inhibitor, a prodrug, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also discloses a method for synthesizing optically active alkylaryl ketones having a C17-20 lyase inhibitory effect.
