titleOfInvention Method of preparing a complete nutrition food for growth and development of infants
abstract The present invention, provides a method of preparing a complete nutrition food for growth and development of infants, relates to a complete human nutrition food based on milk which is especially used as the complete nutrition food for infants comprises a protein source, a carbohydrate source, a fat source, vitamins, minerals, special nutrition ingredients and L-tryptophan. An appropriate amount of L-tryptophan is added to the complete human nutrition food to form a similar ratio as that provided by breast milk. Therefore, feeding of the complete nutrition food of the invention to infants can provide the similar plasma L-tryptophan concentration, ratio of L-tryptophan and LNAA, and the secretion of neural transmitter serotonin as that of feeding with breast milk. This invention further provides infants with a stable emotion, joyful and satisfactory feeling, a shorter time to fall asleep, an enhanced sleeping quality and the promotion of growth and development, which achieves the effect similar to that of infants who fed with breast milk.
